I came to Aliya in August’23 with very irregular periods caused by PCOS. I was trying to get pregnant for some time, and wanted to try natural methods before taking any medication to deal with PCOS. Within two months I was pregnant. I’ve been going to Aliya since. The sessions help me to relax, and ease any pregnancy related discomforts. It has become my mini self care ritual which I look forward to every time! Thank you for your help Aliya!
